Short Bio: Bilyana leads iGaming.com’s project managers and drives operational delivery, ensuring high-quality execution across all markets. Drawing on extensive experience in service operations from multinational companies (E.ON, Siemens, Daimler Chrysler), strong intercultural leadership, and her business coaching expertise, she drives efficiency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile operations that strengthen the company’s ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic global market.

Florian Güde Head of Sales

Short Bio: Florian started his career in the iGaming world back in 2005 with a junior marketing role at gamebookers.com in London (which he, admittedly biased, still considers the best betting platform of its time). Gamebookers was later acquired by the Entain Group, where he took his first management steps in a business development position focused on the Eastern European markets. In 2010, Florian answered a call to return to Germany and joined mybet Holding in Berlin as Head of Marketing (later CMO), a role he held for eight years before moving on to work as a consultant for several brands, including mybet.africa and bet3000. Florian joined the iGaming.com Group in 2021 and became part of the management team in 2025.

Arne Harkensee Head of SEO

Short Bio: Arne holds a Master’s in European Politics from Maastricht University. He joined iGaming.com in 2017, specializing in SEO. Beginning with Offpage strategy, his expertise and commitment fueled his progression alongside the company’s expansion. Arne now leads various international SEO teams as the Head of SEO.
