Through training positions in several departments, we give every applicant the chance to prove to us that they are a good fit. Check out our application process and see for yourself.

Found an interesting position? Perfect! Simply upload your CV along with a cover letter and current certificates to our job portal. Provide info regarding your earliest start date and salary expectations.

Selection Process

We don't have a static selection process. Each interview procedure changes depending on the position involved or on a person's experience levels. Basically, if we like your application, we'll start the process of getting to know you. This could be in the form of a simple phone call, or a short exercise. Some candidates may receive a direct invitation for an interview. This all depends on the potential we see in your application.

Job Interview No. 1

After the first steps of the selection process, you'll be invited in for an interview. We want to know about your experiences, what motivates you, and what makes you a good fit for the However, this isn't just for us to get to know you. You should also use the opportunity to get to know us, fire away with any questions you may have! Depending on the position, our initial interview often closes with a short test or exercise so we can determine if we're a good match.

Job Interview No. 2

If both sides are satisfied with the results of you first interview, we'll invite you to a second one. Here we test your knowledge and skills in a more in-depth manner. Sometimes a conversation is enough, while specialized positions may require an additional supplementary exercise. During the interview, you'll get a better understanding of our office and team members. As always, our goal is to achieve the best situation for both you and the company.

Congratulations, you were the best candidate of all participants and you showed how we can both benefit from your presence at the company. Step 1


We'll do everything we can to get you settled in quickly. A colleague from HR will take you through the office and introduce you to everyone. Your personal onboarding buddy will help you get started with your first tasks. And your team members will introduce their respective departments.

Knowledge Transfer

You will get a few easier tasks to begin with. Our internal wiki answers many questions about processes and procedures. Of course, you can also always ask your onboarding buddy. He or she will teach you as much of the basics as possible and will work to ensure that you quickly reach a high level of knowledge.

Learning by doing

We think you learn the most effectively by actually jumping straight into the tasks. They will be easier to begin with, so that you don't feel overwhelmed. Depending on your own learning curve, the tasks will increase in difficulty and responsibility until you've reached the same level as the rest of your team members.

How can I apply?

Which format and size should my application documents have?

Upload your documents in PDF format. The PDF should not exceed 20 MB.

Which language do I use for my written application?

You can write in English or German. No matter what language you choose, it will have no influence on the evaluation of your application.

What documents do I need to enclose with my application?

Don't forget your curriculum vitae including cover letter and current certificates.

What do I do if my application documents are not complete?

In any case, we need your CV and cover letter. Certificates and references can be submitted later.

Do I have to write a cover letter?

Yes, absolutely! This is your chance to introduce yourself! Show us what qualifies and motivates you for the job.

When will I receive feedback on my application?

Immediately after receipt of your application, we will send you a confirmation. For the feedback, we'll usually get back to you within two weeks - depending on the amount of applicants currently being processed.

What if I haven't heard anything after two weeks?

We're probably just unusually busy, but feel free to contact us with a reminder that you're still waiting for answer. We'll get back to you as soon as possible then.
